Welcome to OpenPTE, owned and operated by Kushal Chapagain. OpenPTE is an online practice platform designed to help users prepare for the Pearson Test of English (PTE). By accessing or using OpenPTE, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using OpenPTE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.

2. Platform Description

OpenPTE provides tools, practice modules, mock tests, and other educational resources to help users prepare for the PTE exam. Some features are free while others require a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to access specific features.
• You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials.
• You agree not to share your account with others.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse.

4. Premium Features & Payment

OpenPTE may offer premium features that require payment. Premium access is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Prices and plans are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing subscriptions.

Refund Policy (Strict Conditions)

OpenPTE offers a 14-day conditional refund policy for premium purchases, subject to the following terms:

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase by contacting [email protected].
• Refunds will not be granted if:
  • You purchased by mistake or changed your mind after activation.
  • You faced internet, device, or technical issues on your end.
  • You claim dissatisfaction after using any paid feature.
  • You failed to utilize the service within the subscription period.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

OpenPTE reserves the right to evaluate each refund request individually and reject any refund that does not meet these strict conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, software, videos, and study materials, are the intellectual property of OpenPTE. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

6. User Conduct

• Do not use the platform for fraudulent activities.
• Do not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or modify the system.
• Do not share copyrighted content unlawfully.

7. Disclaimer

OpenPTE is not affiliated with Pearson or the official PTE exam. Scores or results on OpenPTE do not guarantee performance in the official PTE exam. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we make no warranties regarding accuracy or reliability.

8. Limitation of Liability

OpenPTE shall not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or personal outcomes related to exam results or test performance.

9. Privacy Policy

OpenPTE collects and processes minimal personal information such as name, email, and usage data to operate and improve the platform.
